The current proposal is for a single-story building dedicated to a new state-of-the-art medical clinic. The proposed clinic will have abundant parking with approx. 6 stalls per 1,000 square feet. The entryway will feature a patient drop-off area, as well as a prominent main entry, including a plush healing garden and shaded walkways, with a separate staff entrance.
